Nicholas Ashford
Nicholas heads up the Integration and Transformation team at Fordhouse and is a founding partner. Drawing on his experiences as a strategy consultant at Capgemini as well as running day to day operations at previous Fordhouse investments, Nicholas works closely with management teams to build strategic and operational frameworks to facilitate organic and acquisitive growth.
Freddie Bellhouse
Freddie is a founding partner at Fordhouse and manages M&A both at fund and portfolio company level. Previously Freddie worked as a lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis and brings expertise on M&A and transactions as well as origination, having built out a tried and tested origination process since the inception of Fordhouse. Having left the City, Freddie ran and scaled a number of SMEs with Nicholas. Freddie is a qualified solicitor.
James Wylie
James’ focus is mainly on post-deal activity where he is heavily involved in the integration and transformation of the organisations that we partner with. His experience and support allows management to focus on organic growth whilst minimising the disruption that integrating operations brings. Before joining Fordhouse, James worked with international businesses to define and implement their integration and separation strategies.
Marcin Scicinski
Marcin is part of the Deals team at Fordhouse, supporting the M&A process from origination to completion at portfolio businesses. In particular, Marcin focuses on working with management to identify tactical acquisition opportunities to scale the business and build out strategic capabilities.

Delia Kritzinger
Delia has recently joined the Fordhouse team and heads up all things admin. She is instrumental to keeping Fordhouse efficient and organised and ensuring timely execution of key tasks.
Previous to Fordhouse, Delia gained a wide range of experience supporting teams and operations at a variety of businesses in both the UK and South Africa.
